PROFILE NO LONGER IN USE

a little poem i wrote

This lie you made is so unique.
It has left us all lifeless and weak.
The best thing to use to drain this mind.
Just take us down and leave us behind.
My decisions and my trail I will not regret.
And I won't promise you I'll forget.
The thought, the pressure, the hate inside,
will never leave this confused mind.
Drag me into your horrible mess.
But my voice is louder than the rest.
Threaten me, torture me, take me down.
I promise you you'll still hear this sound.
The sound of strength will leave you weak.
And everyone will know your words are cheap.
Listen closely, listen loud.
For you hope is no where to be found.
Whisper softly into the wind that's so loud, so cold.
And convince me that a lie you'll no longer hold.
